Q: <\/strong>How do I start planning for 2026 when I\u2019m too busy planting and getting plants to customers?<\/p>\n

I haven\u2019t got time for anything else.<\/p>\n

A: <\/strong>I get it!<\/p>\n

No one\u2019s got time to stop because this is your busy season AND if you\u2019re like most small business owners, you\u2019re just trying to get to the Christmas finish line because the year\u2019s gone too quick, been too hard and what\u2019s still to do is overwhelming.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I do my 2026 Business Plan as well as my coaching clients in January when we all feel more refreshed and focused.<\/p>\n

BUT<\/strong> it\u2019s essential to start thinking NOW <\/strong>about how 2026 will be different and better to 2025.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, you risk it being another GroundHog Year and no one wants that.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

?So start asking yourself\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

?What will success<\/strong> look and feel like by next Christmas?<\/p>\n

?What baggage<\/strong> do you NOT<\/strong> want to take into 2026?<\/p>\n

?What do you need to KEEP DOING<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

?What do you need to START DOING<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

?What do you need to STOP DOING<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

?If you had a Magic Wand and could SOLVE ONE THING<\/strong> in your business, what would it be?<\/p>\n

?WHO<\/strong> can help you achieve this? (BTW \u2013 We all need a WHO of our own)<\/p>\n

Whilst it\u2019s important to set annual financial and task targets, answering these questions will result in the most significant shift in your business.<\/p>\n
